What’s been going on?
– My daughter likes to call me “Jay” now.
– I had to buy a new mouse ($150 rechargeable one – no more batteries! woot!)
– My hand feels like it has arthritis – aches from mouse movement 24/7.
What have you acheived?
– Flipped a few websites @ $1297 ea, :p
– Decided I’m going to blog again
– Got some regularly scheduled backlinks/seo work done on keeper sites
What are your plans for this week?
– Flip more websites
– Build another niche site to keep
– More seo on keepers
– Work on actual blog posts that might see the light of day at some point

Really glad you are back! Hey man I have been posting away. Watching you on your video posts. Wanted to know what was your most effective audience growing tool. Have you ever used automatic article submitters?

I don’t do many articles, actually none for this site at all. My fastest traffic growing tools were commenting on other blogs and doing videos, that’s what made my traffic grow. Make sure you’re in the social networks like facebook, twitter, and youtube. Interact with the folks.

Joe great to see that you are back in action with a new camera!
My latest achievements:
-Working on building a stronger web presence and client base
-Working on projects for current clients
-New design to website. I have a professional designer helping me out here. Lots more developments on the way.
-Working on blog. Happy to see a steady flow of visitors.
Keeping on track and nose to the grindstone.

Gad to see you are back. As far as things I got going, I suppose I plan on doing some forecasting for the up coming months in regards to residual income. Read the recent newsletter you sent out and I agree that failing isn’t a bad thing and it actually helps you considering once you recovery you won’t make the same mistake again. At least you shouldn’t if you learned from it the first time. I think you might have sparked an idea for a new blog topic for me. Thanks, keep up the good work.

Glad you got the viddy thing back under control !!! Things are pretty cool on my end, home renos are in full swing still, we just bought another house, renoing the crap out it like the last one. Looking to flip it in the next 6 months. Life is hectic and good

Hey Joe ~ Gad to see you have a camera that works! You didn’t mention what you got – what is it?
As for what’s up … busy, busy! In a good way
I found a business partner and I’m totally stoked about that – we have some awesome things planned together and it has helped motivate me beyond belief.
I’m finishing up my eBook and can’t wait to start getting that out to peeps who want to grow their RSS subscribers (the techniques I used to win the blogging idol gig – it’s FREE and should be pretty good info) …
Trying to get back into more videos on my site too … so that will be fun.
I’ve been working out with a trainer and eating all healthy (don’t love that part) and it seems to be paying off.
Leaving for my delayed honeymoon in a week and can’t wait to go back and have some fun in Mexico!
What else – a baby goat wondered on to our property today and the kids (and the dog LOL) have enjoyed that (now it cries every time they come in the house) … well … life in the country what can I say!
That’s what I’m up to! *huGs*

Hi Joe,
New geezer from the UK, sunny part down at the bottom.
I’ve been driving my van this week, doing removal stuff…. oh yeah and my birthday too….. 43 and so much I haven’t achieved.
Did some shifting work for some guy who’s captain of the local professional soccer team…. that was cool. Hit my weekly target of jobs that just about paid my expenses and kept me going and got some flyers printed for a new business venture.
Wouldn’t mind doing a sort of video blog out and about in my van if I could find the right sort of in car equipment to do the job properly. How did you set yours up?
I achieved a sore head midweek when celebrating my birthday, nice to be out for a few beers, but the local town was deadly quiet… could it be the recession?

Video blogging must be a lot more complicated than standard one. You need more hardware and more time to prepare a presentation. And as I can see you are not posting anymore since a while and that is probably because you have no time. Maybe you could post some traditionally, by writing?

I think that using camera in car is not the best idea, the noise in the background can really disturb your words. On the other hand it is very cool to see things moving around your back

Well, I’ve got to a point now whereby I’m totally self-sufficient and making a resonable living by making and selling software for Internet Marketers.
This week I intend to create some more software, to add to my online earnings. Do you have any ideas about software which would make your job easier?
