Remember I told you about another tool that helps you mange clients online, well here it is. Freshbooks.com is a pretty cool tool.
As you know, I’ve been showing you a bunch of tools I’ve found and either already use or plan to use a bit more to help handle the business side and organizational side of things.
This can be used by one man bands or a 10 man crew, basically anyone. It let’s you manage all your clients in one spot, you can send online estimates and invoice, allowing them to pay by paypal.
You can also buy stamps and have them mail an invoice to your customers, if you really want to get sexy.
Anything that can make managing your business and keeping things in order easier, gets a footlong sammich in my book.
I like it, plan to use it a lot more. Right now, I’m using the free version as usual, but possibly may upgrade in the future if I need to.

Oh this is a great tool! I wish I had known about it months ago, but it will work fine now too! Sounds like they can manage a lot there! While it is not needed as much, it is pretty cool they can send out mail to people. I’ll check it out!

A while back, back in January…I’m just now rolling out the posts to tell ya about the various tools I’ve come across to help my biz this year. It’s a good lil program man…and it automatically syncs with outright.com which is dope.

Yeah I think it is good to keep the tools to yourself for a while, see how they work, reap the profits, and then through them out there for others to help themselves. Real good system too, plus here with Joe we get to see on on the site and interacting, which gives another point of view.

Hi Joe,
Finally your comments are working. I assume you are with HostGator, since the whole yesterday night I kept getting 404 page whenever I want it to leave a comment with a nice draw with Gator in it, lol.
This tools seems to be very useful with so few time we really need something to take care of things. Let me give it a try.

Moms are funny that way Joe – (I noticed how you said your mom helped you with this). A few weeks ago in the car my mom was raving and raving about this software she has … and I was like “uh huh …. that’s nice mom” but she had extra license keys so she gave me one. Finally I tried it – and this thing ROCKS!!!! It is like the answer to all my prayers, and a lot of my problems too. I can’t stop raving about it! LOL. Actually I think I will write a post about it. Funny!

Yeah hold your horses I’m writing my posts. Its an outline software in a “tree” format – a hierarchy. Its really fast and easy to load and navigate. No more folders full of hundreds of thousands of notes and lists, it’s all right there.
You can store and access all kinds of information in there – To-do lists, resources, links, cheat sheets, lists, notes, wish lists, ideas, incomplete blog posts (lol), phone numbers, checklists … you could even work out a website structure in there. Plus, when you are reading or surfing the net and come to things you want to note down for later, or links with information on certain subjects, it is really fast to copy it over to its correct spot, so you can find it easily later.
I think about half my hard drive is going to wind up in this software and I can find stuff in there in a few seconds. You can drag and drop items in the hierarchy, flag items with different colors, mark them when they are done … the problem is, you have to actually use it to grasp its awesomeness. It is too idiot-simple.
When my mom told me about it I was like …. snore … but then when I started using it …. !!!!
Okay, 6:39 am Joe. I’m going to try again to sleep if I can. I tried for hours!

The video looks impressive, it’s great seeing you take us through the whole thing step by step!
As for the free traffic article, I’m not sure I’ll bite as I don’t like buying things without a good knowledge that it’s going to really help me. Can you give more details on the contents?

Cool, check it out, it’s a good program.
As for the traffic product, you can go read the page and see what it’s about, however, if you want me to give you the full details of what’s in it that won’t happen lol, I may as well just give you the product
It’s all good man, that’s why I put the price on there. Each person knows if they want to spend 7 bucks or not lol, if you have to think about it then the product is probably not for you. That’s cool too, no worries.
