to-do-listI told you I would continue to share the tools that have made a difference for me towards the end of 08 and starting in 09.

I will tell you honestly, so far this year I’ve already made more online than I did all last year. Don’t bother asking me how much cuz I’m not that guy.

Most of you know…I started this journey last year around the end of March 2008…floundered around a bit, found out what was good, what was bad and so on.  I started this blog a few months later.

I’ll definitely share more of what I’ve been learning lately with regards to who you learn from and what you try to learn.

But, I will say, just getting organized and being able to get a bird’s eye view of my task management has been a tremendous productivity boost.

So checkout toodledo.com it really is free, I upgraded to the 14/year to get some extra features like the scheduler and more history.

But, you don’t need that to manage your tasks. You’d be surprised how many really good free tools are  out there.

No, I’m not just talking about the “top 10 greatest tools for bloggers” I’m talking about stuff that will help any entrepreneur…not just another list of plugins rehased and relisted a million times. (sorry, had to rant a bit)

Check it ou. See ya.

That was a sweet video. I myself have already found myself making more money than last year also. Seems like the new year is doing us both good.

Yeah, that looks like a great organizer man. It’s more detailed than I expected. Does it happen to use tags at all?

One thing I do in mine that really helps is use tags. So, let’s say I’m in Photoshop right now, and finished something quickly. I can click on the tag “Photoshop” in my task management and it will show me everything that has to be done throughout all projects that require using Photoshop. This helps bang out a couple “on the fly” sometimes. lol

    Keep it up Jizzoe!

Yeah man! I just checked and it does use tags, thanks! That makes a lot of sense man, for knocking out more stuff in the “same area” when you need to. Thanks Jay, I’ll start using that too.

Yeah, I love this program man, really, really dope for a free app. Even though I paid the 15 for the year for a few extra features, honestly, I don’t really use them that often lol. Either way, if peeps don’t have something to use for this, I really suggest they check it out.

I can’t seem to find the post I commented about SugarCRM in. Its a really decent system. The requirements are a bit much, but I love it. The community version is free.

I like seeing the tools other people use. Thanks for the information.

    Hi Joe,

What happened with your sponsors? No sponsors for this Vid?, lol.

That looks a very interesting tool, but is in it a lil like Outlook?

Man I could not make it, they say

“It’s free and only takes 31 seconds to signup. What do you have to lose?”

It took me 35 seconds to register, I guess I am a slow learner, lol.

It’s great but I need my todolists more mobile. And sure I can access it from my phone but I’d rather use built-in calendar in my nokia than connect to the internet every time I want to check/update it.

    Reply

    Normal Joe (2055 comments) Reply:

Yeah, I can understand that. This tool can send your todolist to your phone, email, and if you have an iphone there is an app for it on there as well.

Yeah man, it’s totally free, not a trial, you can join and use it as much as you wish. There are a few items you can’t use, but that’s okay, you’ll be fine with the free version.
