    Wack Sauce!!!

Don’t give me viddies with no sponsors, Joe. We will riot here in Joeville next time. And was this a first, driving while filming? Hahaha

You make some good points. Sometimes we don’t consider the opportunity cost of our actions and then we are afraid to make a change when things are not going right.

Opportunity cost is what you are losing by engaging in one activity, promotion, plan instead of another. So your next best alternative idea is suffering because you went with another one. And sometimes this second idea is better than the first, thus we are loosing out.

But our fear keeps us stuck in this one particular mode and you find yourself trying everything possible to make it right, so that you don’t have to be wrong.

Don’t follow this line of thinking and scrap bad ideas/directions sooner rather than later.

Dude, I seriously gotta post a driving video, because I’m starting to feel left behind. Problem is, I never go anywhere except Tim Horton’s or Starbucks, so it’s gonna have to be a video of me ordering coffee at the drive thru. lol

Some of the best moves I’ve made was giving the axe to project ideas man. One of the best qualities I’ve developed is not to become emotionally attached to them. It also helps that I’m a website flipper. You need to learn to be able to let go at any given moment. lol ;)

    Cheers man.
    Drive safe! lol

yeah man, I was just feeling it I guess, it’s all good dude.

And you’re right, letting of projects is something you gotta learn to move forward, I have a few more getting the axe, so I can focus on my winners.

Joeville is here to stay tho!…..for now :)

I feel you, Joe. Got to let it go and move on. Over the last year I have let go of a magazine that I started January 2006 and an appraisal business that I started in May 2002, the appraisal business just last month.

And I feel these are two of the best moves I have made. Although it is still fresh and the opportunity is just starting to flourish, I just feel better. I am happier and have more opportunity and control.

Don’t be afraid of the AXE people!!!

    I’m with Joe!

Not sure where you was riding to, but damn if it didn’t look like a nice day, unlike today here. Nice day… W/ Clouds!

But really I could relate to everything you said. When it comes to internet marketing, you’ve got to be flexible since there is (in my opinion) more marketing strategies then a traditional marketer which means a lot more for the average internet marketer.

Either way, glad to see Joeville live again :)

simply find people via twitter search that are interested in the same things as you. You start following them or giving them @replies and interacting with them, eventually folks will start following you and you will find more people to follow.

the key to twitter, in my opinion, when using it for biz, is to find people interested in the same things you are.

I remember a time when I thought that the most interesting content on a site should be enough to gain popularity ;) That was long time ago, and now what can I say… Web marketing is the most important thing – no matter what are You talking about on Your website. I think this is kinda sad that the marketing is more important than content. I think You could agree with me on that one Joe. You can make site about something or about anything or about nothing serious. And if You use some nice SEO tips and tricks Your site will be veeery popular.

Yeah content is only part of it, if you have good content but no one is seeing it, then it doesn’t really matter lol.
