Hey,are you new here? You should subscribe to my RSS feed miss out on any goodness!

*******DISCLAIMER******** I will be promoting a product in this post, I have used the product and I think it will help many people, I will get a commission if you purchase through my link.  That is the purpose of this post.  If you do not want to read a promo post, skip over this and read  the other information on this site :) *******END DISCLAIMER****

Yes, this is a blatant and obvious promo post. I don’t care! Lol, I fell in love with this product. I had wanted to get one of those products that created the eBay niche sites for you, but, didn’t think they did what I wanted. The one’s available were a little too limited for my taste and the price they wanted.

Then came the email from IM Buzz Creators.  I am a previous customer, so I got early access to their newest product.  The product is Instant Auction Sites, (yep, that’s my affiliate link, I’ll get a commision if you use my link) and it is amazing!  Okay, so, I am a little excited, but, when you find something that does everything you’ve been trying to do, for such a good price, you get happy. ( I got a little crazy, I’ll admit it)

Basically, it allows you to very quickly put together niche sites based off of eBay auctions, using your eBay affiliate ID to get commissions on the sales.

I bugged a few of my pals on the IM yesterday after playing with it for 5 minutes, they thought I had lost my mind!  I just kept going on about how much I liked it.

Why do I like it? Well, let me give you a few reasons:

  • It’s VERY easy to use, I mean simple, you plug in what you want and it goes to work.  No database or anything elese needed.  If you have hosting you are ready to go
  • It’s quick, I literally put together a small test site in 5 minutes once I had all my id’s to put in. Here you can see one of my test sites I made on my music blog.  Fantom Auctions
  • You can also include adsense, your own products, affiliate products, or text link ads.
  • It’s a  one time fee, nothing monthly and you get free upgrades.
  • You can create pages for eBay searches simply by putting keywords in a txt file, so if you were searching for ipods, ipod shuffle, ipod nano, ipod touch, or whatever else, all you have to do is put those in the keyword list.  After that, you upload everything to the server and browse to the generatepages file and all your pages/categories are built for you.  I LOVE IT!

Those are just some of the benefits.  Go check it out now, and be ready tomorrow when it launches.  I may be able to give you a discount as well, so stay tuned, I may send out the discount link to my mailing list, but, I want to wait until tomorrow to verify that you’ll actually get the discount, since it hasn’t launched yet, it’s not setup it just goes to the prelaunch page.  But either way, discount or no discount, get this software

Instant Auction Sites

If you are doing any kind of niche marketing, or looking to get started in some virtual real estate and passive income from simple niche sites, go get this, you’ll be happy you did. I will be implementing this tool in my Niche Site Case Study

    cool!
I’m curious to how well it will work out for you.
I’m thinking that instead of putting up adsense with your original articles, people can opt for this auction site builder and not have to worry about writing articles. hmm… that just got me an idea… =)

    Hey John,

Indeed, you get the idea. Ebay auctions will produce new content for you, depending on the category, it could be daily, weekly, or randomly. For the price of the software, I think it is worth it, as you will be able to add auction pages to any site you currently have, or…….create a site based off of these auctions.

For anyone doing niche sites, it’s a great tool to have.

Remember, it launches today…….at 10pm EST, go get it!

    @ Bigg Blogger

I think they are similar, in functionality. I have looked at them all, and honestly, I think IAS is the better deal, the price is not too high, and you can customize it very easily.

You can also feature your own products on the sidebar, text links, and your own opt-in form.

I’m not saying they others aren’t good, I’ve looked at them as well…but, well, I like IAS. I could easily promote the others, but, I haven’t used them myself, so, I only go off of what features I like, and what seems easy to implement for my readers.

This is a very underused method of monetization on any site. A great review of a good product which anyone looking to make money online should at the very least take a look at exploiting on their own site.

I agree Ben, I really hope more people jump on this thing when it launches. It is a VERY simple way to get some niche sites up and earning passive income. I know I’ll be using it quite a bit.

Hey Joe, I gotta tell ya that I really do have respect for someone who flat out tells people up front that this is promoting a product that you’ll get paid for if someone buys through your link. Nicely done, sir! :)

You know what man? I just think it will be much better for the blog in the end, anytime I am promoting something, my readers will know it! Sure, it may not be the best “sales tactic” but, I want people to be able to trust me you know?  That way, they’ll keep coming back, and will grow to trust my recommendations, instead of feeling like I tricked them somehow.

    Hi,
I really look at this product and I would like to build some niche websites with it. Yes! It is easy to use the product versus phpbay or BANS. But, the problems I found were:
    - No Privacy policy (I read that to use adsense on a website, you need to put it)
    - No sitemap page
    - Huge list of keywords in the menu. Suppose I want to build a website with 1000 keywords, They will all be in the menu. This is very bad. It suppose that the website is build by a content generator… I should limit the amount like in RSSGM, YACG or other generator.
I know that with a simple tweack, it can be done.

I like the product. I mainly use phpbay with wordpress but with 7K posts, I experienced latency on my website. With this IAS, I can launch many sites in one domain with easy…

Hey, those are some valid points you make pierre!

I would say, as far as keywords, you don’t want to use them like the normal keywords, in this, keywords basically means eBay search string.  I found this out as well, when I first used it, I put up many keywords, then I found out what it did.

See, when I had access, I got early access so I got no documentation.  But, once I figured out what keywords means….it became easier.  Your menu is basically a separate page for each phrase you would search for on eBay for that niche.  And, I’d use eBay itself to figure this out!

Privacy policy is another good question, I’m sure you could put one in easily, by adding a page.  But, just shoot the guys over at IAS an email, they usually have great customer support and can answer your questions.

Thanks for the feedback though, these are some good points.

    Hello:

Have you made any commissions yet from ebay? I’m using Instant AuctionSites and most of my commissions are coming from Google. Not even sure that my ebay links are properly tied to my ebay campaign IDs.

Honestly Rich, after building my test site, I haven’t worked much on any more niche sites yet, been busy with some other stuff. I haven’t even really promoted the test site much besides letting others know I made it with the software.

Have you put the proper eBay id in the form when building your site?
