19. The “No Complaints” Strategy
The ” You will never receive a single complaint again…” strategy tells your prospects that your product will prevent people from complaining about them, putting them down and/or talking behind their back. Most people care about what other people think of them and try to avoid verbal attacks, insults and being gossiped about.
Joe Says:
Uhhh, yeah right! No matter what you do, somebody isn’t going to like it! You can’t escape this fact, so just roll with it. No product is going to completely rid you of customer complaints…we, as humans, complain. PERIOD! Don’t do this in your promotions and don’t fall for any products that make this claim.

I didn’t agree with you first, but last paragraph makes sense for me…
