Showing genuine interest breeds successful business

pretty basic tip for your marketin today.

if you show interest in the individuals you come across, they are more inclined to work with you, and tell others about you.

I’ve noticed this way more often than not.

If I show interest in a individuals specific situation, it always results in a better business relationship, better customer…and more money in the bank.

what do you think?

should we take time to find out an individual’s needs as we go about our daily marketing life?

I can feel you here, Joe. You have to show people that you care first before they care to support you.

The question I like to ask is do you want to make a sale or create a Raving Fan? Sales are nice, but Raving Fans create a flood of sales in the long run. You have to show people that you are willing to act in their best interest and not just yours. That’s what’s up!

Keep the wisdom flowing, my man!

Naah … who cares about other people. We’re in this for money!

    Just kidding!

No, you are TOTALLY right Joe. It makes a world of a difference. I’ve noticed it many times. I might add that showing interest in others as opposed to only showing interest in oneSELF is very important!

People talk about how it is important to be interesting online. That’s all well and good, but it is even more important to be interested in others :)

Hahahaha I knew you were kidding, I know you too well…it wasn’t even convincing lol.

But yeah it’s real and I definitely see it at work in all my biz dealings.

Great advice, I was surprised at how many personal emails and Messages I get from people. IT is so wierd, they won’t comment but they will take the time to email or fill out a contact us form.

yeah, you really have to encourage people to comment. Email is still private, but commenting is public…so you have to continue to make them feel comfortable :)

Hey Joe, I agree with your example of telling people that perhaps your product isn’t best for them. I find people appreciate your honesty and even if you don’t make a sale at the time they’ll remember you treated them well and may turn into a buyer down the road.

Solid advice Joe. It is always a wise decision to treat others well and have a genuine interest in their needs. As sellers it should not just be our goal to satisfy our customers but rather to delight our customers.
